12 Premier League Games Unbeaten But A Tricky 13th Game Is On The Horizon

|

Okay, okay, I’ll grudgingly admit that I sort of enjoyed watching England beat Croatia, on Sunday, but I’m still as pleased as punch that the Premier League resumes this weekend.

And what a resumption it is for Chelsea!

The Blues make the short trip to Wembley Stadium to take on their North London rivals, Tottenham Hotspur.

Now, of course, we all know we should have been playing at the brand-new White Hart Lane, but, surprise, surprise, it isn’t ready yet.

But there’s no denying there’ll be a certain spice about this fixture!

Chelsea enter it unbeaten in all competitions and have yet to be beaten in 12 Premier League games this season.

Tottenham Hotspur will be keen to be the team that halts Maurizio Sarri in his tracks.

Talk to a Tottenham supporter and they’ll gloss over the fact that it was Chelsea that ended their Premier League title hopes when Leicester romped to glory, but they’ll be quick to remind you that they were the club that ended our run of 13 successive Premier League games when Antonio Conte romped to the title.

But, how will the game end this Saturday?

Will it be unlucky 13 for Chelsea or will, just as they did last season, Chelsea beat Tottenham in a Premier League fixture at Wembley?
