And Another Of The Chelsea Old Guard Interests A Fallen European Giant

|

Yesterday, we took the opportunity to report on a piece of transfer speculation linking Cesc Fabregas with a move to AC Milan.

Our article, Click Here, inferred that the man with the magic hat might be tempted by the fact AC Milan would be able to offer the Spaniard regular first-team football.

Today, further speculation, appearing in the Italian media source, Corrierdellosport, infers that another of the current Chelsea squad could also be making the same move.

Apparently, AC Milan are looking to strengthen their defence by making a move of Gary Cahill, in January.

Like Fabregas, the 32-year-old isn’t considered to be a regular starter by Maurizio Sarri and could also be tempted by the chance of a return to regular first team football.

Sat here in the editorial chair, I have to say that I wouldn’t stand in the way of either of the duo, both have served our club fantastically and deserve one last career swansong.

But, is that a viewpoint you share?
