And Now The Total Stands At An AstronomIcal FORTY

|

Yesterday, as the EFL Clubs scampered around doing last minute loan deals, two more Chelsea players were dispatched on loan spells.

The first was our young goalkeeper, Brad Collins.

Collins, just 21-years-of-age, has joined Burton Albion, on loan, until January 1st.

The young keeper has been drafted in by the Burton Albion boss, Nigel Clough, as cover for the injured Stephen Bywater

The second is our centre-back, Michael Hector.

Hector joined Chelsea for a fee of £4 million back in 2015 but has yet to play a first-team game for the club.

The 26-year-old, since signing for Chelsea, has spent loan spells at both Hull City and Eintracht Frankfurt.

His latest port of call, for the remainder of this season, is the Championship side, Sheffield Wednesday.

The loaning of these players now means that Chelsea have an astronomical 40 players out on loan!

Here at Vital Chelsea, we wish both Brad Collins and Michael Hector all the best at their latest clubs.
