And The Interest Just Keeps On Growing In Chelsea Striker

|

After having his loan spell at the La Liga club, Valencia, cut short, primarily because his goal-scoring exploits were far from impressive, scoring just two goals, you’d have thought that Michy Batshuayi’s stock would have fallen.

But that appears to be far from being the case.

Already we’ve reported on how, Click Here, West Ham United, Fulham and Everton were interested in the player, with Everton, presumably chasing a permanent deal for the player with Premier League rules preventing them from having two players from the same club on loan, with Kurt Zouma already on their books.

Today, we can now add the name of a fourth club to that list with the La Ligue side, Monaco, showing interest.

After completing the signing of our midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, on a three-and-a-half-year deal, the news source, Goal, are reporting that Monaco are now interested in adding 25-year-old Batshuayi to their squad with the player’s agent currently in talks with the club.

With Batshuayi, seemingly, having no future at Stamford Bridge, my view is that he’d be seriously tempted by a permanent move living the high-life in Monte Carlo.
