And The Wait Will Go On For Chelsea Football Club

|

This Thursday Chelsea have an important date in their calendar.

On Thursday, Chelsea will sit in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport and try to get the two-window transfer ban, imposed by FIFA, overturned.

If Chelsea are successful, it could very well mean that the club will be able to participate in the forthcoming January transfer window and add to the squad.

However, it would appear that a straight YES or NO verdict isn’t as simple as we first thought.

According to The Times, Chelsea may not learn of their fate until just before the January transfer window opens, such is the slowness of speed that the wheels of such organisations turn.

However, with the authorities set to drag their heels when it comes to delivering their verdict, there are many Chelsea supporters who are of the verdict that the two-window transfer ban has been a blessing in disguise and has seen the club flourish with the emergence of the youth players successfully into the first-team.

Are you one such supporter?

But others believe bringing in just one or two classy operatives could turn this young Chelsea side into genuine title contenders.

Is that the camp you sit in?

Please feel free to vote in our poll below and we’ll see what the consensus of opinion is.
