Our Spanish signing, from Marseille, has had an interesting introduction to life in the Premier League at Chelsea Football Club.

Settling in at right-back, his favoured position, Cesar has been through the full spectrum of emotions as Chelsea have carved out decent wins, slipped to dodgy draws and lost to teams we shoudn`t.

Speaking after the Reading game, where we snatched a draw from the jaws of victory, Cesar has given the following words to the media,

“We can`t lose this kind of game when we are leading 2-0. It`s also a bit of confidence. When the team is better it`s easier to have a clear mind. These little things can change two points.”

“Yet confidence is very hard to gain and very easy to lose.”

Even more so when the manager employs a rotation policy that is baffling, confusing and uncalled for and his substitutions are simply bewildering!
