Captain, Leader, Legend Still Pondering Over His Next Move As The Offers Flood In

|

But, just where will he end up?

Last week, in an article, Click Here, we covered the speculation linking our former captain John Terry possibly making a return to Villa Park to spend another season with the club.

It would appear that, at the age of 37, JT isn’t ready to hang his boots up.

This weekend, further speculation has appeared, in the media, linking JT with a return to action.

According to the media source, the Mail, Aston Villa are not the only club interested in securing the services of the veteran centre-back.

It seems that there are three or four offers on the table for JT to consider, with these offers coming in from home and abroad.

The article goes on to imply that JT will make a decision over the next two weeks, but also that the defender is fit and raring to go having kept fit since leaving Aston Villa back in May.

At 37-years-of-age, JT doesn’t have long left when it comes to his playing career but those who have paid close attention to his career know that he brings so much more to a club and that is why several clubs still see him as an asset.

Here at Vital Chelsea, we’ll keep an eye on the situation and respond accordingly.
