This Saturday, at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea entertain Cardiff City in their first Premier League game after the international break.
It is a game that the Chelsea support will be expecting their side to win.
However, we’ve learned over the years that we should take nothing for granted in this sport we love.
Cardiff City, managed by Neil Warnock, will arrive in SW6 in a resilient mood and here at Vital Chelsea, we wouldn’t be too surprised if they, as the phrase goes, come to park the bus.
If that is the case, then it will be up to Chelsea to be patient and open up the Cardiff defence, unless, of course, we can get an early goal which would make it a whole new ball-game.
Maurizio Sarri will be hoping that all his squad return from the international break with no injuries that could make them unavailable for the game.
Providing that is the case, then, apart from the injured Cesc Fabregas, the Italian will have a full squad to select from, but what will be the starting eleven he will opt for?
Here at Vital Chelsea, we’re giving you the opportunity to second guess our boss and name the eleven that will start, on Saturday, against Cardiff City.
Who’ll pick up the gauntlet first and take up the challenge?
