This afternoon, as we all settle down for a bite to eat, one of the most significant events of the season so far will take place.

After missing out on Champions League football last season, Chelsea return to the competition this season having won the 2016 / 2017 Premier League title.

In Monaco, at the Grimaldi Forum, at 17:00 hours, the draw will take place to decide which teams are in which qualifying groups.

For the first time since the 2007 / 2008 season, there will be six British teams in the draw:

? Chelsea
? Tottenham Hotspur
? Manchester City
? Manchester United
? Liverpool

and

? Celtic

The group stages of the competition will start over the period 12th and 13th September.

The last time there were six British club sin the draw for the group stages, two of them made the final.

The duo being Chelsea and Manchester United, with the final being played in Moscow on a very wet night, I`m sure you all remember the outcome of that night.

But what are your thoughts on the competition this time?

Can you see Chelsea doing well?

Which teams would you hope Chelsea will avoid in the group stage draw?
