Following the victory over Swansea City, at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, we`ve uncovered a few interesting post-match facts:

? The result means that Swansea City have failed to score in any of their Premier League games in the month of November, a statistic that goes a long way to explaining why Paul Clements side are languishing in the relegation places in the table.

? In fact, Swansea`s lack of goals is illustrated in another statistic, in 14 games in the Premier league this season, Swansea have managed to score just 7 goals, only three clubs have scored fewer in the history of the Premier League – Derby managed 5 in 2007 / 2008, Bradford managed 5 in 2000 / 2001 and Manchester City only scored 6 in the 1995 / 1996 season.

? Chelsea`s dominance, despite the narrow margin of victory, was emphasised by the fact that Swansea failed to get a shot on target in the game.

? The winning goal, from the head of Antonio Rudiger was the 8th headed goal for Chelsea this season, more than any other Premier League side has managed.
