Seeing Antonio Rudiger limp away from the action, with a knee injury, wasn’t a sight we wanted to see at Old Trafford yesterday afternoon.

The popular German international defender has become a mainstay of our defence starting in 44 of the last 50 competitive matches.

The pictures from Old Trafford suggested that the defender may, possibly, have played his last game of the season and will not feature in the two remaining Premier League games against Watford (h) and Leicester (a), along with the remainder of our Europa League fixtures including the semi-final against Eintracht Frankfurt.
