Chelsea Hold Out For A Fair Price When It Comes To Their Star Player

|

Was Thursday evening the last time we’ll get to see Eden Hazard, at Stamford Bridge?

If I was a betting man I’d say yes!

As has been the norm in recent weeks, speculation continues to gather further momentum that 28-year-old Eden is bound for Real Madrid.

Two snippets we’ve picked up on, in the last forty-eight hours, imply that a parting of the ways is imminent.

One source, the Independent, is championing the idea that a move is imminent by implying that the Belgium international is on the verge of agreeing personal terms with the Spanish giants, a sure indication that the player who, at the clubs’ annual award recently, walked off with the Player of the Year award, the Players Player of the Year award and the goal of the season award, is ready to call time on his seven-year spell with us.

However, if any of you still hold out hope that Hazard might be staying then perhaps you can take heart from something that has appeared in the news vehicle ESPN, that suggests Hazard is going nowhere unless Real Madrid stop dilly-dallying and offer a massive £100 million for the player.

No doubt, come tomorrow, there’ll be more for us to offer on what is sure to be the hottest piece of transfer tittle-tattle we’ll see this summer!
