Searching the world-wide-web for something interesting this afternoon, I stumbled upon this.

It appears that Chelsea are amongst a number of clubs who are interested in the Bayern Munich Portuguese midfielder, Renato Sanches.

Sanches made his mark, as a teenager in the 2016 Euro`s tournament, in France, last summer.

A big money move to Bayern Munich resulted but the youngster hasn`t had the best of times at the Allianz Arena.

Whilst in Singapore, with Chelsea playing Bayern Munich, it seems that Antonio Conte, according to the Mirror, asked Bayern about the availability of the player, something the Bayern Munich Chairman, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, has remarked about, commenting to the news source Gazzetta dello Sport,

‘There are at least 10 teams after Sanches,

‘Conte asked for some information about him after Tuesday’s match because he knows he can make the difference in the middle of the pitch.

‘The lad wants to play regularly but Ancelotti was pleased with his performance against Chelsea.”

Before further adding,

‘We’ll make our evaluations later but if he does leave then he almost certainly will go on loan. We’re still counting on him.’

Now wouldn`t that be a turn-up for the books, the club that loans out some thirty players each season loaning one in!

But would you be in favour of bringing in Renato Sanches on a possible loan deal?
