Chelsea Linked With The Acquisition Of A Young Keeper Who Has Had An Impressive First Season In The Premier League

|

The transfer grapevine continues to link Chelsea Football Club with the acquisition of another goalkeeper once the summer transfer window opens.

Although the club paid a world-record fee, for a goalkeeper, for Kepa Arrizabablaga, there have been doubts that the Spaniard’s long-term future lies at Stamford Bridge.

Today, The Daily Mail is running with the inference that Chelsea are looking at the possibility of bringing the young Bournemouth keeper, Aaron Ramsdale, to the club.

Ramsdale has, with a series of decent performances, secured the keepers’ jersey at the Vitality Stadium but it remains to be seen if the 21-year-old’s long-term future is with The Cherries.

However, Chelsea are not the only club interested in the keeper with our source reporting that Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in securing his services.

But, given a choice, is Ramsdale the goalkeeper you’d be looking for Chelsea to buy?
