Chelsea Support Won’t Be Impressed By This Piece Of Striker Speculation If It Is Correct

|

It’s the dawn of another day and once again the pendulum has swung when it comes to the possibility of Chelsea landing the Argentine striker, Gonzalo Higuian.

In what is fast becoming a farce, as far as media speculation is concerned, with the outcome of this rumour veering wildly from coming to Chelsea and not coming to Chelsea, the latest few column inches generated appear to suggest a positive outcome to a proposed deal could be forthcoming.

According to the news source, futbol international, the deal is very much on.

The inference being, as championed by out quoted source, is that the 31-year-old striker has moved a whole lot closer to becoming the latest addition to our squad.

Currently on the books of AC Milan, albeit on loan from Juventus, Higuain’s possible signing hasn’t been received with much enthusiasm by those who frequent Vital Chelsea.

A poll we ran, asked which of Edison Cavani, Callum Wilson and Gonzalo Higuain you’d prefer the club to sign.

Higuain polled just 6% of the votes cast compared to Cavani getting 75% and Wilson getting 19%.

It kind of tells a story of its own don’t you think?
