Chelsea entertain Brighton and Hove Albion this Boxing Day in a Premier League fixture.

After dropping two points against Everton, at Goodison Park, Chelsea supporters will be looking for their side to get back to winning ways.

Ahead of the game we have some early team-news.

Starting with Chelsea:

Antonio Conte will be able to call upon the services of Alvaro Morata, the Spaniard served a one-game suspension he picked up for his fifth booking of the season and is free to return to the starting line-up for this fixture.

David Luiz is still side-lined with a knee injury, although there are suspicions he`s not being risked ahead of being sold once the January transfer window opens.

Also not available through injury is Charly Musonda who has a groin injury.

Continuing with Brighton:

Chris Hughton is able to call on the services of the defender Shane Duffy who has also served a one-game suspension for accumulating five bookings.

Two players with Chelsea connections will not be available for selection.

Our former midfielder, Steve Sidwell, has a back injury whilst our on-loan midfielder Izzy Brown is unable to play against his parent club.
