At his press conference, ahead of the crucial clash with Everton this Saturday, Jose Mourinho has confirmed that John Terry will make a return to the starting eleven.

Terry, who was sorely missed against Manchester City, where Chelsea slipped to a 2-0 FA Cup defeat, has shaken off a muscle problem and returns with this blessing from Jose Mourinho,

‘We have missed his leadership a bit. Many times we need a voice on the pitch.’

‘Sometimes there are things to control, distances, defensive positions, sometimes I cannot communicate with them so to have someone with this kind of voice that can transmit what I need is also important.’

However, the news that Terry is back is dampened a little by the fact that our Brazilian defender / midfielder, David Luiz looks set to be out for several weeks with, what is described as, a muscle problem.
