The speculation relating to the future of the Chelsea defender, David Luiz, continues to generate column inches in the media.

Following on from the suggestion yesterday, inferring that Chelsea were preparing to off-load the Brazilian once the January transfer window opens, with Juventus, Real Madrid and Manchester United mentioned as possible destinations, another news source has come up with a revelation today.

According to the good folk of the news source, the Express, David Luiz could be leaving Chelsea but staying in London.

Our referenced source is championing the suggestion that Arsenal are set to make a shock £30 million offer for the defender, once the window opens.

Chelsea and Arsenal have done business before, with Petr Cech being allowed to leave for the club of his choice as a reward for his service to Chelsea Football Club, surely, if we do sell David Luiz, we`re not going to sell to Arsenal and continue our trend of selling to our Premier League rivals!
