Chelsea face Newcastle United on Saturday lunchtime. It`s a game that will see Antonio Conte rotate his squad once more following the midweek win over Swansea City.

With Arsenal facing Manchester United later in the day in a top-of-the-table 6 pointer, Chelsea need to take advantage of either of those dropping points. Manchester City currently have a big advantage at the top of the Premier League, with the rest chasing second place.

With Eden Hazard likely to start, having been rested against Swansea, Conte will opt for a 3-5-2 formation. In goal Thibaut Courtois, for all the usual reasons. Gary Cahill had a good game against the Swans, successfully stifling Wilfried Bony alongside Andreas Christensen. The shock of the night on Wednesday, was the absence of the ever-present C├ęsar Azpilicueta, his night off will see him slot back into the right side of defensive trio.

Chelsea struggled to break Swansea down with just Cesc Fabregas and N`golo Kante in midfield. The re-introduction of Tiemoue Bakayoko will give Fabregas the freedom to exploit Newcastle`s back-line. Marcos Alonso starts in the absence of anyone who could effectively replace him. Antonio Conte will need to look to strengthen both wing-back positions in the coming transfer window. On the right Victor Moses played a short cameo on Wednesday, however he looked far from match fit. Conte will look to replace Davide Zappacosta with the Nigerian mid-way through the second half. Without Eden Hazard alongside him Alvaro Morata looked a little bit lost in the Swans game. The two will hopefully, rekindle their blossoming partnership against Rafa and the toon at 12:30 today.
