Today though, lurking in the media, are two more snippets of information relating to our wayward, want-away centre forward Diego Costa.
The first, lurking in the pages of the Daily Mail, is calmly suggesting that Atletico Madrid are looking to wrap up the deal for the Spanish international striker, inside the next fortnight.
The second, lurking in the Spanish media source, marca, covers a little piece of detective work there journalists have done.
It would appear, according to the aforementioned source, Diego Costa, had booked a flight from Sao Paulo to London, on Tuesday.
However, it appears the ticket went unused.
