There could be some movement on the goalkeeping front at Chelsea before the transfer window closes.

An article in the sports pages of The Sun infers that Eduardo is looking to leave Chelsea Football Club.

Eduardo, following the departure of Asmir Begovic and on the back of a contract extension, believed that he would be the back-up to Thibaut Courtois.

Unfortunately, the signing of Willy Caballero scuppered those plans.

Now the Portuguese keeper, who was part of the Portuguese squad that won the Euro 2016 Finals last summer, has concerns about his predicament costing him his place in the Portuguese World Cup squad heading to Russia next summer.

Eduardo is currently the back-up keeper to Rui Patricio and being out of the picture could see his World Cup dream shattered.

If Eduardo does leave, Conte`s already thin squad could be stretched further.

However, our source does suggest that Chelsea could seek an experienced keeper to replace Eduardo, with 41-year-old Shay Given being mentioned.

Really?
