Although speculation has been rife that Romelu Lukaku, the Premier League`s leading goal-scorer, is set to return to Stamford Bridge this summer, any deal could be a complicated one to sort out.

Lukaku, offered the biggest financial package any Everton player has ever been offered, has refused to put pen-to-paper, but Everton hold the trump card when it comes to a possible move as Lukaku still has over a year left on his current deal.

In what could become a game of cat-and-mouse, it is being reported that the 23-year-old Belgian striker has had a price-tag put on his head by Everton.

According to the local media in that part of the world, Liverpool Echo, the price-tag being talked about is an incredible £100 million.

Clearly, the price tag is designed to dissuade possible suitors from showing an interest, but what is your view, do you see Chelsea handing over that sort of money for striker who scores regularly in the Premier League but of whom there are still several questions to be answered relating to his performances against the better clubs?

Here at Vital Chelsea we`d be interested to read your views in our comments facility.
