In reaching that figure, Eden moves to third in the Chelsea honours list when it comes to being involved in Premier League goals, yesterday he surpassed the legend that is Gianfranco Zola (101) and is now looking towards he duo ahead of him, Didier Drogba (159) and Frank Lampard (237).
? The brace of goals also saw Eden move past a century of goals, Eden now has 101 goals in league football, 65 with Chelsea and 36 for Lille.
After the game, it was also great to see Eden peel off his shirt, and jog across the pitch to hand it to a young supporter who had held up a piece of card asking the Belgian for it, a lovely touch Eden.
