Sometime in the future, whether it be next summer or in a couple of summers time, we`ll have to accept the fact that our jewel-in-the-crown, Eden Hazard, will leave Chelsea Football Club.

Hazard is a unique talent, somebody who is able to light up the game with his skills and ability to lose a marker in an instant.

At Chelsea, we should be appreciative of his time with us, blessed to have seen him in action.

After Chelsea had finished a miserable tenth, defending the title won by Jose Mourinho in his second tenure with the club, Eden Hazard promised he would remain at Chelsea until they had won the Premier League again.

Last season Chelsea did just that.

However, despite being linked with a move to Real Madrid, any transfer talk was put on hold when Eden fractured an ankle whilst on international duty, an injury that saw him side-lined for the start of the 2017 / 2018 season.

Now fully fit and showcasing his skills again, it appears that the Belgian international has a dream, a dream to play under Zinedine Zidane.

The popular news source, Sky Sports has picked up on some comments Eden made to RTL which read,

“Zinedine Zidane would be a dream to have as a coach.

“He was my idol when I was little and I have a lot of respect for him.

“I don`t know what will happen in the future, but to play under him would be a dream.

“At this time I`m happy at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to do here.”

The big question being though, is how long will Eden remain happy at Chelsea?
