Lampard’s Injury And Suspension Problems Have Seen The Gaffer Opt For The Following For The Palace (H) Fixture

|

Three points, this afternoon against Crystal Palace, at Stamford Bridge, would be most welcome.

A win would keep Chelsea in contention for a top-four finish whilst also giving our young squad another confidence boost.

However, the last two fixtures have not been kind to us as far as it goes when it comes to Frank Lampard selecting his starting eleven for the game this lunchtime.

Jorginho, a revelation this season, is suspended, Mason Mount picked up an ankle injury against Ajax on Wednesday night and we’re not quite sure how close to returning to action N’Golo Kante and Ross Barkley are.

Throw into the mixer the fact that our German international centre-back, Antonio Rudiger, has suffered another injury set-back in his fight to return to full fitness and you can see how predicting the starting eleven, for this afternoon, has left a few of us more than a little perplexed.

However, with the kick-off now less than an hour away, we can reveal exactly who Frank Lampard has plumped for and who is on the bench:

But what are your views on the starting eleven?
