With the big game drawing closer by the minute, we`ve a few statistics to keep you entertained.

1 – Our opponents today, Manchester United, have failed to score in their last three games against us in all competitions.

2 – Juan Mata, who is we suspect unlikely to be in the starting eleven this afternoon, has scored in each of his last three Premier League starts against Manchester United.

3 – Javier Hernandez has scored in six of his last nine appearances, in all competitions, against us and could start, today, if Wayne Rooney joins Robin Van Persie on the side-lines.

4 – Wayne Rooney, probably absent through injury, has scored four goals in his last four matches at Stamford Bridge.

5 – Danny Welbeck is the striker in form as awe wait for kick-off, the United striker has scored six goals in his last six appearances.

6 – Recent fixtures between the two sides have been productive goals-wise with twenty-one being scored in the last four matches between the two sides.
