Chelsea have played Arsenal three times already this season, each of the three fixtures have ended in draws, who`ll get the upper hand tonight in this one?

The Chelsea support making the short trip from SW6 to N5, will be hoping that the side of today can emulate the others that have done Chelsea proud in North London, none more so than the fixture when Wayne Bridge, during Arsenal`s untouchables season, scored that late winner to knock Arsenal out of the Champions League and put Chelsea in the final, sadly Chelsea made a right cock-up of the semi-final, against Monaco, when the trophy was, that year, there for the taking.

There`s also the small matter of revenge for the FA Cup Final defeat Arsenal inflicted upon Chelsea, last May, a defeat that cost us a unique League and FA Cup double in Conte`s first season in charge

As usual, we`re running or popular Match Day Moments feature whereby we encourage you to leave your opinions on a variety of subjects including, but not limited to,

1 – The build-up to the big game.

2 – The starting eleven as selected by Antonio Conte.

3 – The action as it happens over at the Emirates Stadium.

4 – Your thoughts in the immediate period between the final whistle sounding and the match report appearing on Vital Chelsea.

Here`s hoping that come the final whistle that it`ll be Chelsea heading to Wembley to take on Manchester City in the Carabao Cup Final, at Wembley.

  • Lovely remarks from Willian appearing on the BBC ————–Someone get Willian a transfer to the Brazilian diplomatic service.

The Chelsea midfielder planted two size nines right where it hurts during the pre-match press conference.

?To lose this kind of player is not easy,” he said, when asked about Alexis Sanchez’s departure

“It would be like losing Eden Hazard here. Is he that important to them? Of course.

“They are two great players but, unlike Sanchez, Eden is still here.”

  • So disapointed….no youth. I am sure Musonda, Ampadu and mitchy deserve to start. Conte doesn’t play them in cups, in bpl, ucl,….. except for mitch, they aren’t even on the bench.

  • Would have loved to see Musonda play a part no matter how short the time. He was not disappointing last time.

  • Decent first half. Bakayoko looking far more comfortable in this man mid. Again today he’s mostly keeping it simple. Couple decent balls switch play out to Moses. Barkley is going to need some time. Not sure I would have thrown him into this match. He must another vote of no confidence in bats by conte.

  • Am Impressed With Our Play So Far, Baka And Kante Have Bossed The Missed. Quite Disappointed With The Soft Goal We Concede But We Are Playing Well And Creating Chances..This Game Is Ours For The Taking!

  • Conte…how difficult is it to start with the last winning formation. Pray we win these in order to extend the chances of keeping AC.

  • Rudigar has been their best player, Moses and Bark have been awful, at least Bark has an excuse . Conte got this one wrong yet again, no Musonda on the bench even .Sad thing is we have been the better team .
