Meanwhile, Down in South Wales

With a dark cloud descending over our neck of the woods, following the shock 2-1 reverse, at the hands of or London neighbours Crystal Palace, one of our many players out on loan offered a glimpse of what we`re missing.

Tammy Abraham, on loan with Swansea City, for the 2017 / 2018 season, continues to perform well.

Yesterday, against Huddersfield Town, the young striker scored twice, helping his side to a much-needed win.

Abraham, who scored prolifically in the Championship with Bristol City last season, is starting to make an impact in the Premier League this season and, following the win at the Liberty Stadium, the Swansea manager, Paul Clement, was quick to offer Tammy some praise, remarking to the media,

‘That was the best game Tammy has played, I was pleased with his overall performance.

‘He was threatening the defence with his runs, his play with his back to goal was better and he put in a good shift defensively.’

Should we have been a little more prudent and only sent Tammy off on a six-month loan spell, especially as there is no recall clause in his contract?
