The next few days could see one midfielder leave Chelsea Football Club and another one arrive.

The good folk of the Daily Mail, are promoting the inference that Chelsea are moving a lot closer to securing the services of Tiemoue Bakayoko.

The 22-year-old AS Monaco midfielder is said to be close to becoming a Chelsea player with a transfer fee, said to be of the magnitude of £35 million changing hands.

Our referenced source continues, inferring that once the deal for Bakayoko is done and dusted then it will become the catalyst for 28-year-old Nemanja Matic to leave Stamford Bridge and be re-united with Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

One in and one out seems to be the philosophy but what are your views on this piece of business?

Would the arrival of Bakayoko and the departure of Matic improve our squad?

Your thoughts in our comments facility, beneath this article, would be most appreciated.
