With December providing us with a plethora of fixtures involving Chelsea, it’s now time to look forward to the next one, a trip to the south coast to take on Brighton and Hove Albion.
However, on Sunday, it’ll be far from seaside weather with an icy blast currently sweeping across the country.
On Thursday evening, as Chelsea completed their Europa League campaign, with a 2-2 draw against MOL Vidi in Budapest, Maurizio Sarri took the opportunity to heavily rotate his starting eleven.
In fact, with Group L already won, our Italian boss took the opportunity to leave many of his regular starting eleven back in London, with the likes of Rudiger, Hazard, Kepa and Azpilicueta, among others, given time to rest up.
But, it’ll be a different ball-game this Sunday and we expect Sarri to field the strongest team possible as Chelsea go hunting for three more points.
However, just what will the starting eleven be?
As is the norm, we’re giving you the chance to second-guess the Italian and name the starting XI he will name.
Simply drop your predicted eleven in the comment facility beneath this article and we’ll see who gets it spot on or who gets the closest.
