Never Underestimate The Underdog, Never Ever

|

Maurizio Sarri couldn’t have wished for a better start to his reign as the new head coach of Chelsea Football Club.

Four games into the new season and Chelsea are one of three clubs who have a 100% win record in the Premier League, the other two being Liverpool and Watford.

This Saturday, Chelsea have the perfect opportunity to extend that record and make it 15 points out of the first 15 available when they welcome Cardiff City to Stamford Bridge.

Cardiff City, managed by Neil Warnock, climbed back into the top-flight of English football after finishing second in the Championship last season.

However, unlike the other two clubs promoted, Wolves and Fulham, the Welsh club haven’t splashed the cash as readily and, as a consequence, are struggling in the Premier League.

But, as we’ve come to accept, nothing should be taken for granted when it comes to the Premier League and complacency can be a dangerous foe.

As we contemplate what we hope will be a fifth consecutive win, we’d like to encourage you to participate in our latest poll, but please use your vote wisely:

Ahead of the game, we’re also able to bring you the name of those appointed to officiate:

• Referee – Jonathan Moss
• Assistant Referee – Harry Lennard
• Assistant Referee – Andy Halliday
• Fourth Official – Tim Robinson

Up the Chels!
