News That Will Bring A Smile To All Chelsea Supporters Faces

|

He’s back!

After missing the last couple of matches, courtesy of a back injury picked up in the draw against Manchester United, in the Premier League, Maurizio Sarri has confirmed that Eden Hazard is fit again and available for selection against Crystal Palace this afternoon.

Although Chelsea have remained unbeaten and won both fixtures Hazard has missed, a Premier League game at Burnley and a Carabao Cup tie at home to Derby County, there’s no doubting that Chelsea are a far more formidable outfit with the Belgian in the starting eleven.

However, whilst Sarri, at his pre-match press conference, and as reported by the BBC has hinted Hazard is fit again, he did so with a few words of caution, remarking to those assembled:

“Yesterday Eden had a large part of training with the team. Maybe he will not be ready to play for 90 minutes at the moment because it was his first training in the last two weeks.

“But probably he will be able to play for 40, 45 minutes. So for us it’s important.”

Now whether Sarri starts with Hazard or brings our jewel in the crown on in the second half remains to be seen, which option would you prefer?
