Stamford Bridge plays host to two giants of English football this afternoon.
In the late afternoon kick-off, the last two winners of the Premier League go head-to-head for the three points on offer.
Manchester City will be hoping to extend their unbeaten start to the 2018 / 2019 season to sixteen games whilst Chelsea will be looking to reduce the gap between the two sides that currently stands at ten-points.
Ahead of the game, pundits like Mark Lawrenson, BBC, are predicting that Manchester City will emerge the victors, with the ex-Liverpool defender opting for a 2-0 win for Pep Guardiola’s men.
Sadly, our poll asking you to predict the outcome of the game follows the same pattern with 53% of the votes cast being for a Manchester City win.
However, 38% are confident that Chelsea can produce the kind of performance needed to take the three points and end Manchester City’s unbeaten record.
As for the remaining 9%, they reckon it’ll be a draw.
My heart says Chelsea will win but my head reckons a draw, let the battle commence.
