Last week, before the heat-wave hit the UK, we ran an article whereby it was suggested that the new Hull City boss, Leonid Slutsky, would be looking towards Chelsea for as many as four loan signings.

We explained how Slutsky was looking to explore his friendship with Roman Abramovich to prise away some young talent to assist in his quest to get Hull City promoted back to the Premier League at the first attempt.

We ended our article by enquiring as to which four Slutsky might acquire.

Today, the Sun on Sunday, in its sports pages, is suggesting that the four players Slutsky wants to add to his squad are:

? Tomas Kalas
? Lucas Piazon
? Kasey Palmer

And

? Izzy Brown

Last season, Kalas and Piazon spent the season on loan at nearby Fulham, whereas Palmer and Brown were on loan spells at Huddersfield Town, who achieved promotion through the play-offs.

It remains to be seen whether Slutsky gets his wish but I see no reason, other than Chelsea deciding to sell any of the quartet, that he won`t.
