The Blues are down in South Wales for the late afternoon fixture against Swansea.
Antonio Conte still has aspirations of obtaining one of the top-four places that would secure a place in the Champions League next season, but Chelsea, even if they win all four of their remaining games, will need to rely on Tottenham Hotspur slipping up and dropping points.
With the kick-off fast approaching, we are now able to bring you the team-sheets:

Continuing with Chelsea:

A few surprises there with the starting eleven – Bakayoko back in the starting eleven, no place for Willian, Morata on the bench!
Let’s hope Conte has judged his team selection right.
