Down in the Championship, another of Chelsea’s crop of emerging youngsters, Conor Gallagher, is showing just what a golden future, he has in the game.

The 19-year-old has scored 6 goals and also provided 3 assists in his 24 games for the South London club with, according to The Daily Mail, his performances attracting the attention of a host of other clubs.

Despite his fine form while on loan at Charlton, Chelsea do have the option to end the loan-spell early and send the layer elsewhere.

Our referenced source is inferring that among the clubs interested are Burnley, West Bromwich Albion and Swansea City.

Do, mindful of how he’s performed, Chelsea recall Gallagher and send him to Burnley or would they be better served to leave the talented teenager where he is?

My view is that having settled in at Charlton I’d leave him there. A move up to the Premier League with Burnley looks good on paper but would Conor get the regular game time he’s getting now, game time that is so crucial to his development?

Your views on the subject matter, in our comment facility beneath this article, would be most welcome.
