The Striker Deal That Was Off Is Now, Apparently, Back On

|

One particular piece of transfer speculation is starting to perplex me.

Yesterday, as is my duty, I reported on how the proposed deal that would see the Argentine striker, Gonzalo Higuain come to Stamford Bridge, was off.

Our article, Click Here, received several comments that led us to believe that Chelsea could do better than bring in the ageing striker.

However, this morning, it appears the pendulum has swung in the opposite direction.

According to the tabloid publication, the Sun, the deal is back on!

Furthermore, our referenced news source is also championing the inference that the deal, as first discussed, would see Higuain come to Chelsea and Alvaro Morata move in the opposite direction, on loan, to AC Milan.

Quite why the speculation on this deal continues to go one way and then another perplexes me.

Now, I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

Any clues?
