There’s A Suggestion Being Bandied About That Chelsea Are Already Looking For A Replacement For Under-Fire Sarri

|

With the managerial situation, at Chelsea, continuing to provide numerous column inches, much to our delight, a report that has appeared this morning covers the situation from a different angle.

According to the tabloid publication, the Sun, Maurizio Sarri’s days, much to the delight of several supporters may be numbered.

Our quoted source is reporting that Chelsea are already looking to source a replacement and have identified Zinedine Zidane as the man to lead us out of the doldrums.

Zidane is currently out of work, after being axed by Real Madrid, but whether he fancies trying to kick-start his managerial career by becoming the latest incumbent of what is a very hot Chelsea hot-seat, remains to be seen.

Yesterday, the inference was picked up by the red-top publication, the Metro, inferring that Sarri was half-expecting a call from Roman Abramovich to discuss the current situation, could it be too much to hope for that it’s not a call that Sarri will enjoy and that he could be clearing his draws?

The above might sound harsh and whilst I’d normally not advocate a change at the managerial helm, my personal view is that it is something that is desperately needed, Sarri is out of his depth and results are now proving that.

But, that is just my opinion, please feel free to beg to differ in our comment section, beneath this article, if you hold a different view.
