The steady stream of players going off on loan continues.

As we suspected last week when we ran a front-page article covering increasing speculation, Marco van Ginkel has returned to PSV Eindhoven.

The Dutchman has signed on the dotted line for another season with the club.

Van Ginkel first joined PSV Eindhoven on loan in January 2016 and then extended his loan for the 2016 / 2017 season.

However, before departing for another season in Dutch football, the midfielder, like so many others sent off on loan, has penned a contract extension.

The new contract ties van Ginkel, unless somebody makes an offer for his services that Chelsea can`t turn down, until 2020.

It seems an age since Marco pulled on a Chelsea shirt in anger and to be brutally honest I can`t see it happening again, can you?

Or do you still see a Chelsea future for the young Dutchman?
