Good news for Chelsea this weekend, as the referee`s for the next set of Premier League fixtures have been announced.

Officiating at the Hawthorns on Saturday is Jon Moss. The last game that Moss refereed with Chelsea was the 4-2 win over Watford back in October. To his credit, as far as I recall, he was unbiased in his decisions that day and officiated on merit.

With West Brom likely to playing every trick in the book to waste time and cynically break up play, it`s to be hoped we get more of the same and that he stands for no nonsense.

In the Watford game Mr. Moss gave Chelsea two yellow cards (Antonio Rudiger and Alvaro Morata) against Watford`s three.

He also took charge of our third league game of the season against Everton. That resulted in a 2-0 win for the Blues. There were two bookings for each side (Cesar Azpilicueta and Victor Moses).

Overall this season Moss has dished out 30 yellow cards and just one red in his eleven games. The red was a significant one though, it was against Sadio Mane when Liverpool lost 5-0 at Manchester City.
