Tuesday night, was a good night. A 3-1 victory over Premier League newbies Huddersfield Town restored some of the pride that was lost the previous weekend. As usual following a game we asked who you regarded as your man-of-the-match.We gave you the whole playing team to choose from.

Just six players of the fourteen received votes. In reverse order they were, and congratulations are in order here, as Willian polled 3% of the votes cast. He only managed a goal and two assists, so it`s understandable. Like votes cast for the United Kingdom in the Eurovision song contest, Willian gains very few, but this time he got some, so well done.

Next in the pecking order with 5% was Thibaut Courtois, who picked the ball out of the net near the end. Actually goalkeepers never get the credit they deserve, so that`s fine.

In joint third place with 7% of the votes cast came Antonio Rudiger and Victor Moses, both had good games, Moses makes a real difference in that right wing back position and Rudiger is strong and quick, he starting to show real promise.

The top spot was a close affair with just 2% between first and second. Coming in second place was that forgotten man Pedro who scored 38%. Given the chance of a run in the team Pedro can once again play an important role in Chelsea`s season. He has goals in him and adds an extra dimension to Chelsea`s attack.

But, do you really need me tell you who came top, and it`s very difficult not to love the guy. Eden Hazard racked up 40% of all votes cast. Some of his touches last night night were breathtaking, it was a shame that Pedro couldn`t finish a couple of them. Hazard`s touch and movement is, at times, stunning. Long may he stay at Chelsea. By the way he thought Willian was the MOTM.

Continuing the series of polls regarding who you think Chelsea`s best starting eleven is, the current front page poll asks who you would pick first in the centre of the midfield. Like the defensive one last week, the winner of each poll will be dropped from the next vote. As always, we ask that you use your vote wisely. Thanks for your participation.
