You know it makes sense!

Sky Bet latest manager odds top 10.

Jose Mourinho 4/5
Moyes 4/1
Laudrup 7/1
Poyet 7/1
Grant 16/1
Terry 16/1
Capello 16/1
Martinez 16/1
Zola 20/1
Klopp 25/1.

Knowing how Sky Bet is pretty good at getting these things spot on they were right on Rafa unfortunately.

Looking at the list in terms of cv, charisma, personality and experience there`s only one man for me.

Right over the last few weeks I’ve seen lots of different opinions when it comes to who should become the next Chelsea manager. For me there’s only one person to bring in and that’s Jose Mourinho and here’s why.

In terms of the current squad there are a lot of players that know and have worked with him so there’s a big plus. He would have the fans backing from the word go, the 3 great seasons that he gave 2 Premier Leagues, 2 Carling Cups and an FA cup, has forever etched him in Chelsea supporters hearts.

The man is clearly a winner since his first full season with Porto in 2002/2003, he has won at least one trophy every season, this fits with Roman`s criteria of having a coach in that has a proven track record of delivering from the word go.

Anyone who doubts that Mourinho has lost his touch I think the point. was proven in the Copa Del Ray semi- final against Barca when he got his tactics spot on shutting down Barca`s attack and coming away with a 3 1 win.

I have read at certain times on here about his tenure with Madrid. How he plays boring football, how bad Madrid are performing. How he’s lost the dressing room etc.

On to the boring football poin,t in 159 games in charge at Madrid they have scored 423 goals which on average over 2.5 goals a game not boring to me. Madrid ain’t performing well overseeing 115 wins in 159 games at the helm certainly isn’t bad has the coach. Yes Jose is very outspoken we all know this but how many managers are perfect?

We could talk about any coach and I’m sure we could all find negative things about them. Under Jose we were solid, we won games well, we even won when we didn’t play well which everyone says is the key to a successful side.

Under him, when I watched Chelsea even rarely at 1-0 down I always felt we would come back, these days I don’t get that feeling. I think the good he would bring to us would certainly outweigh the negatives and he would get Chelsea back to where they belong!
