Lurking in a tabloid publication this morning is the inference that Chelsea are rivalling Liverpool for the acquisition of a talented young midfielder.
According to the Daily Star, both clubs have taken a shine to Ruben Neves.
Neves, just 20-years-of-age, is currently on the books of the Portuguese outfit FC Porto.
Our source is reporting that another source, abola.pt has confirmed that Porto have been contacted by representatives of both Chelsea and Liverpool about a deal.
