Lurking in the media this morning is the insinuation that Chelsea are looking at bringing in a Ghanaian international defender in the summer.
According to the tabloid publication, The Sun, Chelsea are interested in Kwadwo Asamoah.
Asamoah, 29-years-of-age, is set to be available on a free transfer after refusing to put pen-to-paper on a new deal with his current club, Juventus, back in January.
The player is well known to Antonio Conte having played for the current Serie A champions when Conte was in the managerial hot-seat.
