After the away fixture, against Huddersfield Town, in midweek, where Chelsea took the three points with a convincing 3-1 win, Chelsea are back on home turf this Saturday.

In a traditional 15:00 hours kick-off, Chelsea take on Southampton at Stamford Bridge.

Ahead of the fixture, we`ve cobbled together some early team-news.

Starting with Chelsea:

Antonio Conte is able to select his top-scorer for this fixture, Alvaro Morata. The Spaniard missed the trip to take on Huddersfield, on Tuesday evening, with a back problem.

However, there is still no comeback for David Luiz with the Brazilian still side-lined with an inflamed knee.

Continuing with Southampton;

Mauricio Pellegrine has no injury problems and has a full squad to choose from.

However, after being beaten heavily, at home, by Leicester City, Pellegrino may decide to make some changes to his starting eleven.

Possible changes could see Nathan Redmond and James Ward-Prowse, who were both dropped / rested, in midweek, recalled.

Wesley Hoedt, a defender, could also be recalled after missing out on the 18-man squad altogether in midweek.
