This Saturday can`t come quick enough.

After two weeks of international boredom, the Premier League springs back into life with Chelsea making the short trip across London to take on Crystal Palace.

The fixture has got banana-skin written all over it what with Palace having lost all their Premier League matches so far this season whilst also failing to score a single Premier League goal, but more of that later this week.

For now, we`re simply concentrating on the revelation as to who will be officiating in this game:

Referee – Andre Marriner

Assistant Referee – Simon Beck

Assistant Referee – Sian Massey-Ellis

Fourth Official – Roger East

This will be the first time Andre Marriner has taken charge of a Chelsea game this season, but in the 7 games he has taken charge of, he`s issued 17 yellow cards and just the 1 red card.

Last season Marriner took charge of the following games involving Chelsea:

? Sunday – 11 Sept – Premier League – Swansea 2 Chelsea 2 – 7 yellow cards issued

? Saturday – 15 Oct – Premier League – Chelsea 3 Leicester 0 – 2 yellow cards issued

? Saturday – 14 January – Premier League – Leicester 0 Chelsea 3 – 1 yellow card issued

? Monday – 6 March – Premier League – West Ham 0 Chelsea 2 – 1 yellow card issued

? Saturday – 8 April – Premier League – Bournemouth 1 Chelsea 3 – 5 yellow cards issued
