Chelsea have nine games left to play in the Premier League this calendar year as do most other teams. Here at Vital Chelsea, we`ve had a look at those remaining games.
Chelsea have already played each major contender once (5 games) in their quest to win the title they picked up last season. So far two wins, two draws and one defeat have been recorded.
A quick look at our rivals reveals that Manchester City have faced three of the potential top six teams. They have recorded three wins. The other Manchester team, United, have also only faced three sides up to this point. Their return is one win, one draw, and one defeat. Arsenal have played four games, they`ve won one, drawn one, and lost two. Tottenham have also played four games, they`ve won one and lost three. Last up are Liverpool who had the best record of any top team against the nearest rivals last season. Like Chelsea they`ve played five games, facing all the opposition. Unlike last season though they`ve had just one win amongst two draws and two defeats.
