Four Vital Fixtures

After loosing to Liverpool the next four fixtures become vital to our season.

Four wins would see us put six points up in the Premier League table, advance to the next round of the F.A. Cup and get a head start on quest to knock the old lady out of Europe.

It all begins this weekend with Hull City making the trip to SW6, a game that at the start of the season would be looked upon as a sure fire three points.

However after Hull have shown there steel with some big upsets this season, they will be looking to add us to their scalp tally.

After a blinding start to their Premier League campaign however, they have recently been struggling to pick up wins and the match has to be seen as a good one to turn things around in.

After battling the Tigers at Stamford Bridge, we face the tough prospect of an away trip in the F.A. Cup to face Watford, who are led by former Chelsea reserve coach Brendan Rodgers.

After an unspectacular run in the two domestic cup competitions this season, it is vital that we send out a statement of intent against the Championship side.

The following fixture is arguably one of the most important league matches of the season, where we take a trip to Birmingham to take on Martin O’Neils high flying Aston Villa.

Despite an easy win earlier in the season, this fixture will be a tough test for the blues, with Villa looking to pick up anything they can get in there attempt to hold off Arsenal in the race for fourth.

The fourth and arguably most important fixture of the four will see Claudio Ranieri return to his former stomping ground with a fired up Juventus, intent on kicking us out of Europe.

A win at home will set the tone for the away match, and it is important that we treat the fixture with caution as many will see Juve as a team with a very realistic chance of sending us home with our tail between our legs.

What is your opinion of the four fixtures? Will we get back on track with four wins, or continue our poor run and come crashing out of two cup competitions. Your thoughts!
