In the close season, there is just so much speculation about transfers. One day so and so`s signing the next day he`s not. So today Sky Sports are saying Bayern Munich`s supposed ‘want away striker` Robert Lewandowski actually wants to stay.
In their statement they warn clubs not to ‘tap-up` their player who still has 4 years to run on his current contract. Lewandowski is just one of a string of forwards linked to Chelsea during the current transfer window.
For us fans it all gets a bit tedious though, all we have, is the hope there will be some notable announcements. However all we get rumour on rumour, as agents try to either negotiate better deals at their clients` present club or genuinely look to move them on in order to bulk up their bulging wallets. Still we wait.
