Those who have been following Chelsea since before the turn of the century will know we`ve had several kit manufacturers blessing us with their designs.
Off the top of my head I can recall the following three – Le Coq Sportif, Umbro and Chelsea Collection before Adidas came along.
As you`d expect some of the kits were good and some were naff.
However, it seems that Adidas, who have been supplying our kit since 2006, are here to stay with the club announcing a 10 year deal with the company in a deal Chelsea describes as;
“The biggest deal to date Chelsea FC has signed with a partner”
Which in itself is interesting, I wonder how much the kit deal might be worth, does anyone out there know?
